This website

If you join the early access list, we collect your email address so we can contact you about Duly. The form is handled by our form provider, which stores the address and sends it to us. We don't sell it or share it with anyone else, and we'll delete it if you ask.

The page shows your device's time, connection status and, where your browser allows it, battery level in the menu bar at the top. That happens in your browser and isn't sent anywhere.

The Duly app

• Duly runs on your Mac and reads only the apps you allow.
• It keeps the ask (who, what and when), not your conversations.
• Voice notes are transcribed on your Mac, and the audio isn't saved.
• Connecting Slack, Gmail or Outlook is optional. So is using a larger cloud AI model; if you switch it on, Duly sends only a short excerpt and shows you a log of everything it sent.
• Duly never sends a message on your behalf.
